Panoptes

Patched together in Dayglow's lab for use in The Facility, Panoptes is a conglomeration of eyeballs with a viscous ectoplasm loosely binding them together.

On a time traveling expedition to ancient Greece, Dayglow recovered genetic materials from the mythic many-eyed creature, Argus, guardian of Io. These genes have been reconstituted, and comprise the original security system. Restructuring Panoptes' genome to include the Neon Gene, Dayglow has linked Panoptes through fiber-optic cables to Robetephant's hard drive, to "secretly" record the activities of every creature in The Facility...

But to be fair, it's difficult to hide clusters of eyeballs.
